Tell me why it is so important to get in plenty of food from each food group. Why do we need whole grains, dairy, protein, fruits, and vegetables?

All those things help your body grow storonger. For my hethy snack I like to eat vegetables thats the best food girain for me. But I know that the most inportan grain is grains!
